How does the service work?

Once a valid voucher code is obtained, visit Privilege 4K (http://www.privilege4k.com) to redeem. Your eligible content will be added to your account to view. Promotional offers may vary. How do I get the Privilege 4K Android TV App?

On select eligible Android TVs: 1. Access the Google Play Store and search for Privilege 4K 2. Click ‘INSTALL’ on the App Description page 3. Privilege 4K will be added to your ‘Apps’ Menu Log in to your account to access your content!

3. My Privilege 4K Account

How do I create an account?

Enter your voucher code at http://www.privilege4k.com or using the Privilege 4K Android TV App. Simply enter your details to create your account.

What personal data is collected during account creation?

The only data required during account creation is your email address, password, and age. See Privilege 4K’s Privacy Policy for information – http://www.privilege4k.com/pp

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your Privilege 4K account. Privilege 4K will send you an email with a temporary password. You will be prompted to create a new password once you log in to your account using the temporary password.

Where can I find my voucher code?

Voucher code delivery varies by promotion. If you believe you are eligible for a voucher code and have not received one, please contact the promoter.

Will I be billed for usage or access to content on Privilege 4K?

No, you will not need to provide any billing and/or credit card information and will not need to pay any additional fees access to content. Standard data, WiFi or broadband fees apply.

Yes, you can sign in to your account and view your content on up to 5 eligible devices on the Privilege 4K Android TV App.

No additional purchases can be made on Privilege 4K.

5. Content Access

How do I access my content?

Once you have created a Privilege 4K account (or logged in to an existing account), IMAX® Enhanced preview clips are available for playback in the app. With an eligible voucher code, create (or log in) to your Privilege 4K account to redeem your content. Select the Title of the Content you wish to view. From here, you can view the content details or stream your content.

Can I modify the subtitle options for my content?

Yes, subtitle options can be modified at any time from the settings menu or movie playback page.

Do I need to install the Privilege 4K App to play back content?

Yes, installation of the Privilege 4K App is required for content playback. Your Privilege 4K content can only be accessed via the Privilege 4K App.

How do I stop playback and exit the Privilege 4K Player?

Press the back button on your remote control to exit playback and return to the Title Details Page. You can then press home to exit the Privilege 4K App in the same way that you would exit any other app.

Can I uninstall the Privilege 4K App from my TV?

You can uninstall the Privilege 4K App from your device, but you will no longer be able to play back your content.

How do I watch my content on my other devices?

Promotional IMAX® Enhanced documentaries are complementary and available to view in Privilege 4K or supporting digital retailers. For feature films, you will receive a Movies Anywhere voucher code via email to redeem and view on your other devices. (Movies Anywhere content will play back in UHD, HD, or SD depending on device capabilities).

Yes, you will need an Internet connection to stream content from your collection.

How many times can I view my content?

Once you have successfully redeemed your content, you can view your content, as many times as you would like, using Privilege 4K. You will be notified via email if there are any updates or changes to the Privilege 4K service in the future.

What internet connectivity speed is required for streaming?

For consistent playback (based on quality), the following minimum internet connection is recommended: • 1.5 Megabits per second - Recommended minimum broadband connection speed • 3.0 Megabits per second - Recommended minimum for SD quality • 5.0 Megabits per second - Recommended minimum for HD and higher quality

What do I need to view my content on Privilege 4K?
